If there’s one thing we’ve learned makes better buildings, it’s empathy. Architecture never happens in isolation—and simply by being interested and engaged, we’ve found it’s possible to open up the conversations that connect a scheme to its clients and community. We have a strong history of diversity in our practice and dedicate ourselves to understand and collaborate with those we design for.
We take pride in direct interaction with the community. For us, the brief is the starting point, we probe the issues and underlying community concerns to develop solutions that are valued and viable. We don't want to get on a soapbox and make a speech, we want design ideas to come from the community – to make models, test ideas and grapple over issues – on site and with those whom our schemes affect.
